Where did I get the hotel booking confirmation?

Many of our local partners are now fully digital - the booking details have been shared with them according to your itinerary and do not require a physical proof. Simply follow the instructions related to start times and pick-up or meeting points, mention your name and that you are a Tourlane customer and you are ready to go! When the travel documents are necessary, they are typically available in the app 7 days before departure. You can access them via the Documents section on your trip's main page. If you have not received the documents by this time, please contact our customer service.
