Will I receive the documents only online and not in printed form by mail?

Many of our local partners are now fully digital - the booking details have been shared with them according to your itinerary and do not require a physical proof. Simply follow the instructions related to start times and pick-up or meeting points, mention your name and that you are a Tourlane customer and you are ready to go! When the travel documents are necessary, they are typically available in the app 7 days before departure in PDF form. You can access them via the Documents section on your trip's main page. From here, you can download and/or print the pages if you prefer. If you have not received the documents by this time, please contact our customer service.
